Jocelyn Janke

Jocelyn Janke joined Kayley Spalding’s team in July of 2019 as a part of the home staging division.  July being the busiest time of the year in the office, Jocelyn adapted quickly to her position and hasn’t looked back since. Jocelyn’s desire to meet the client’s needs and wants is one of her strongest qualities, you’ll always notice her creativity and work ethic. Although staging is a fun department to be a part of,  Jocelyn’s end goal is to become a licensed salesperson. Currently enrolled in the Humber Real Estate education program,  Jocelyn looks forward to beginning her career selling homes in Muskoka. Having been raised in the heart of Huntsville, there is knowledge of the area with deep connections.

Leigha Cool

Born and raised in Muskoka, Leigha Cool has witnessed the tremendous change and growth that has transformed this area into one of Ontario’s most sought-after destinations.  Leigha understands that buying and selling a home is one of the most important decisions you will make and embraces the opportunity to be involved in the process.

Leigha always focuses on the wants and needs of clients, while at the same time, establishing a long-term relationship built on care and trust. Because of her dedication and passion for education and learning, Leigha has advanced her desire for helping people, and as such, became a Primary Care Paramedic within the Muskoka region. She enjoys the fast paced, dynamic nature of emergency services. This has encouraged her to take advantage of her unique rare qualities, such as her optimistic energy, quick thinking, patience and commitment to the community.

Kayley Spalding

As a lifelong Muskoka resident Kayley has attained a unique and diverse knowledge of the area and, as such, is able to effectively serve the diverse needs of her clients.

Kayley’s compassion and expertise enables her to understand the obstacles homeowners face, and how such obstacles can be overcome. As evidenced by her continual annual Coldwell Banker awards, Kayley’s dedication and commitment to her profession has helped her to establish an impeccable track record.

Cameron Lawrence

Born and raised in Muskoka, Cameron Lawrence gained a love for houses, design & Real Estate throughout his childhood. Cameron Joined the Kayley Spalding Group at Coldwell Banker Thompson Real Estate Brokerage in February 2018 as a Co-Op student. After graduating at Huntsville High School in 2020, Cameron continued working for Kayley in all departments from staging, admin to working along side the sales team as a sales assistant. Cameron chose to work on the staging department full time and continues to work and grow within the department. He is incredibly grateful to work with such an amazing team, while having fun! 

Deanna Nickerson

Deanna started working with Kayley in July of 2020 in the Staging team. A new resident to the Muskoka area in 2019, she loves the beautiful small towns and the connected communities. With an athletic background along with the love of interior design, she was very happy to join the staging team. Deanna enjoys learning all about the real estate life. Currently enrolled in Conservation Biology at Fleming College, balancing work and school keeps me active and busy. Being able to do both things I enjoy at once is always very humbling and rewarding. Always happy to learn and grow with every opportunity granted.

Fiona Curtis

Fiona Curtis joined the Kayley Spalding group at Coldwell Banker Thompson Real Estate, Brokerage in May of 2023 beginning in the home staging division. Raised in the beautiful Muskoka area surrounded by growth and change among where she calls home. Fiona grew up with a passion for homes and the endless possibilities that come within. When given the opportunity to work with the Kayley Spalding group she was delighted. The dedication and commitment the team has for each individual client is something she admired and wanted to be apart of. Family, friends and experiences are the most important things in Fiona’s life. She enjoys the outdoors, traveling ,making memories and has a passion for experiencing new things. Since joining the team, Fiona has adapted quickly to the fast paced environment and is eager to learn everything that the team has to offer.
